LOCATION Situated on the edge of the popular village of Thurlestone, within walking distance of Thurlestone Sands, one of several local beaches owned by the National Trust attracting both families & water sports enthusiasts alike. - picturesque & historic Thurlestone village is a 15 minute walk away with its 13th Century church, pretty thatched cottages, village pub, 4-star hotel & post office/stores. The renowned Links golf course close by is set in 50 acres with fabulous sea views. VIEWS Good views across to Thurlestone Sands, Thurlestone Rock & the ocean beyond from the sitting room, bunk & master bedrooms. ENTRANCE Through the entrance porch way into the hallway & access to most of the rooms on the ground floor. KITCHEN A small but well equipped kitchen with 4-ring electric hob, oven & grill, microwave, dishwasher, walk-in larder & fridge. SITTING/DINING ROOM Large L-shaped traditional sitting area with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs & well-stocked bookcase. Flat screen television with DVD player & CD stereo music system. Dining table with bench window seating & seven chairs. SUNROOM/PLAYROOM Located off the downstairs bedroom. BEDROOMS Four in total. On the ground floor is a twin bedded room with two 3' single beds, bedside unit, large chest of drawers, television (DVD only). On the first floor are three further bedrooms: Master bedroom with King- size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes & dressing table. Excellent views over the marshland & towards Thurlestone Rock. Twin bedded room with two 3' single beds, wardrobe & bedside tables. Fourth bedroom with bunk beds (for children only) & storage cupboard. N.B. All Duvets, pillows, bed linen & tea towels are provided
- tenants will require hand & bath towels. BATHROOMS Two. Ground floor bathroom with bath (shower over), wash h&-basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. First floor bathroom with bath, w.c, wash h&-basin & heated towel rail. UTILITY ROOM To the rear of the kitchen, housing a washing machine & washing line. OUTSIDE Large garden, laid mainly to lawn surrounding the house on all sides. PARKING Parking for up to three cars
- two in front of the garage with at least two further spaces on the roadside. OTHER INFORMATION The property is very comfortably furnished & well equipped
- mostly carpeted throughout. Broadband available. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Strictly no-smoking.
