LOCATION The property is in Raleigh Road Approx. 10-15 minutes downhill walk (some routes are steep in places) to Salcombe town centre with its array of boutique shops, pubs & restaurants. VIEWS Very pleasant, wide-ranging views over the town & towards neighbouring fields, farml&, the Kingsbridge/ Salcombe estuary & Dartmoor beyond. (The basement below houses a washing machine). The spacious dining area has a wooden table that can seat six comfortably, & has French doors out to the rear balcony & garden. SITTING ROOM The dining area opens into a well presented sitting room with with two leather sofas, ornate fireplace, large rug, TV & DVD player. BEDROOMS Three in total, all on the first floor. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, matching bedside units, drawers & wardrobe, & lovely views. The second bedroom is a twin with two wooden framed single beds, bedside unit, fitted wardrobes & TV. The third bedroom has full-size bunk beds (suitable for children only), drawers & a lovely view. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are provided. Tenants will require beach & tea towels. BATHROOM A family bathroom on the first floor, comprises a bath with shower over, w.c., wash-hand basin & heated towel rail. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot (playpen), high chair & bed guard are supplied. OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a large decked balcony with furniture, as well as good-sized area of lawn accessed via outside steps. PARKING Off-road (narrow) parking for one small/medium sized car further on road parking usually available nearby.
