Product Description

LOCATION The cottage is in Robinsons Row (just off Fore Street), offering immediate access to Salcombe's famous waterfront, boutiques, cafes & restaurants. The East Portlemouth passenger ferry (within a two minute walk) runs to & from the town throughout the year to the sandy beaches on the opposite side of the town. ENTRANCE The cottage is accessed directly from Robinson Row at ground floor level. The tiled entrance hallway offers access to a CLOAK/UTILITY ROOM with w.c., wash-hand basin, tumble dryer & washing machine. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well equipped cottage kitchen has a range of fitted units, worktops, electric cooker (with four ring hob, oven & grill), dishwasher, microwave, two large fridge/freezers & doors out to small rear courtyard. A centrally positioned wooden dining table seats six comfortably. SITTING ROOM A cosy & attractively furnished sitting room has two large sofas, armchair, coffee table, sideboard, flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock CD/radio & feature open fireplace with brick surround & slate hearth. BEDROOMS Three in total, all on the first floor. The en suite master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobes, dressing table & chair. The en suite has a bath with shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin & heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with two small single beds (that can be zipped together to form a King-size bed on request), bedside table & fitted wardrobes. There is a further room with double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe & shelving/dressing table with chair. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are supplied
- tenants require beach & tea towels. BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom at first floor level with bath, shower (over), w.c. & wash-hand basin. OUTSIDE Small courtyard with table & chairs. PARKING A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long-stay car park (From 1st April until 30th September). A short stay car park (for loading/unloading access) is 50m away. OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpet throughout with tiled flooring in the kitchen & hallway. Oil fired central heating & hot water. Strictly no smoking. Wireless high speed broadband internet available. One well behaved dog is permitted.
