LOCATION Positioned at the end of a row of privately owned former coastguard cottages, the house occupies a prime position a few yards from the sandy beaches in either direction
- the village pub, shop & other amenities are all within a short walk & the South West Coast Path can be easily accessed for beautiful walks to Salcombe & surrounding villages. VIEWS Lovely views over the beach & out to sea from the rear bedrooms & garden. KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM Large kitchen with separate dining area is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, hob & fridge/freezer. Through to UTILITY ROOM with washer/dryer & sink
- separate w.c. & basin. Door to back garden. LOUNGE Comfortable lounge with sofas, widescreen TV, video & feature fireplace. Separate sitting room with alcove & electric fire. BEDROOMS Upstairs are four bedrooms; one is a double; one is a double & single; two are twin bedded. Cot & highchair available from a hire company at an additional cost. N.B. All linen, duvets, pillows & towels (except those for the beach) are provided. BATH/SHOWER ROOMS Shower room with shower, wash hand basin & w.c. Family bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin & w.c. OUTSIDE Enclosed garden to the rear with table & chairs. PARKING For one car & further parking available within 100 yards in village car park. OTHER INFORMATION Night storage heating & hot water by immersion. Payphone & wireless broadband available. One well behaved dog permitted (but only in downstairs rooms).
