There are French Doors that lead onto a very secluded & sheltered roof terrace that faces South-West & is ideal for sunbathing. A highchair is also provided. UTILITY ROOMwith washing machine & tumble dryer. LOUNGELarge superbly finished open plan living area boasting a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV complete with DVD player, Sky package including Sky Sports, & Bang & Olufsen Radio/CD player. It has a large contemporary leather sofa & chairs. Broadband internet access available. BEDROOMSThree in total. Beautiful master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes & drawers, flat screen TV & deluxe en suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin, w.c. & shaver point. The second bedroom has two 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes & drawers & TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds. A chest of drawers is also provided. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels

- are supplied. BATHROOMIn addition to the en suite is a seperate family bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c. & shaver point. OUTSIDERoof terrace

- with table & chairs. The apartment is set in 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens & has picnic tables, benches & barbeque. PARKINGDesignated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Free parking is usually available within the village (approx. 1/2 a mile away). OTHER INFORMATIONWooden flooring in living areas & bedrooms, & floor tiles in kitchen & bathrooms. Access to the apartment via stairs only. One well behaved pet by arrangement only. Strictly non-smoking.
