A travel cot & high chair are supplied, whilst a single futon/day-bed for one additional child (*under 10 years of age) is available on request at a cost of £100.00 per week.BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the shower room (above) is a newly fitted family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail.OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a small terrace area with table & two chairs. Stone steps lead up from the terrace to a sunny decking area with further table & chairs & lovely views across the town & towards the estuary beyond.
