LOCATION The cottage is situated in the hamlet of Easton just two miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of Bigbury-on-Sea & Bantham. The famous Burgh Island
- with its Art Deco hotel & a tiny fisherman's pub
- can be reached by sea tractor from Bigbury-on-Sea across the tidal causeway. The market towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge & Totnes are all within a short drive whilst the popular sailing waters & sandy beaches of Salcombe are just eight miles away. ENTRANCEA private entrance leads directly into an open plan sitting/dining room. SITTING/DINING ROOMA spacious but cosy living space with large comfy sofas, armchair, TV, DVD, CD/radio/cassette, wood-burning stove & French doors out to the garden. The dining area has a good sized pine table & six chairs. KITCHENAlso on the ground floor is a modern, well equipped kitchen with fitted units, four-ring electric hob, double oven, fridge, dishwasher & microwave. There is a breakfast area at one end of the kitchen with table & chairs, & a door leads to a small STUDYwith desk & chair. UTILITY ROOMhouses a washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer.
