Product Description

LOCATION Situated in the pretty village of Kellaton just a mile or so from Lannacombe beach & within easy reach of the South West Coast path. The market town of Kingsbridge is 6 miles away by car whilst Salcombe can be reached via the East Portlemouth foot passenger ferry in around 15-20 minutes. ENTRANCE An entrance hallway has room for coats & shoes/boots etc. SITTING ROOMA good sized yet cosy sitting area with original wooden beams & feature stone fireplace with wood-burning stove (logs supplied). Two comfortable sofas, occasional furniture, TV with Freesat, DVD player & CD hi-fi. Two steps lead down to the kitchen/dining area. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Light & airy dining area with armchair & doors leading out to the rear garden. Oak dining table with four chairs & high-chair. The kitchen is well equipped with four-ring electric hob & oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), slim-line dishwasher, small freezer, washing machine & microwave. BEDROOMS Two very well appointed bedrooms, both on the 1st floor. The larger bedroom has a King-size oak framed bed, drawers, bedside units & wardrobe. Pleasant views of the surrounding countryside. The second room has full-size bunk beds, & drawers. Travel cot available. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels
- except those for the beach
- are provided. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot, highchair, child cups & plates.BATHROOM On the ground floor is a large tiled bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin & w.c.and heated towel rail.OUTSIDE To the rear of the cottage is a private garden with small area of lawn & terrace with table & chairs. Barbecue available. PARKING Allocated off-road parking for 1-2 cars Approx. 30 metres from the cottage.OTHER INFORMATION Oak flooring throughout most of the ground floor with carpet on stairs & in bedrooms. Oil fired central heating & hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smokers, up to two well behaved dogs are permitted by arrangement.
