BEDROOMSOn the first floor are three bedrooms, all carpeted. The master ensuite bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobes, drawers & lovely views over the garden & neighbouring countryside. The adjacent shower room has a fully tiled shower cubicle, w.c, wash-hand basin & heated towel rail. The other bedrooms are both twins, each with two single beds, one with wardrobe & chest of drawers & the other has a chest of drawers, both with pleasant views over the garden. N.B. BATHROOMSIn addition to the shower room (above) is a family bathroom including bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point. The main bathroom also features a large airing cupboard with immersion heater.   OUTSIDE  The cottage is set in a large garden & paddock.   The garden is not fully enclosed & access is steeply sloping with steps up to a terrace with garden furniture. Barbeque available. Table tennis table in the garage.  PARKINGAmple space for 2-3 cars on drive & in garage & one on-road. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
