SITTING ROOM A cosy second sitting room has a two large sofas, a coal effect electric fire, additional TV with BTÂ Sport, Netflix & iPod dock.
BEDROOMS Four, all on the first floor. The master bedroom with wonderful estuary views has a King-size double bed, TV, wardrobe, dressing table & en suite with shower, wash-hand basin & w.c. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds, wardrobe & dressing table. A further double has a 4'6" bed, bedside tables, cupboards & large walk-in wardrobe, whilst the fourth bedroom

- has a set of bunk beds, desk & hanging space. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding tea towels & beach towels) are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room (above) is a newly renovated (winter 2017) family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin & w.c., & on the ground floor, a newly designed tiled shower room with w.c., wash-hand basin & underfloor heating.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, highchair & child friendly plates & cutlery are supplied.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house, accessed through the dining room, is a sloping garden as well as a sunny terrace with table & chairs for eight, sun loungers & barbecue.
PARKING A parking pass is provided for one car in the long-stay car park (5-7 minutes walk). Additional on road parking is usually available nearby.
