VIEWS The house has fantastic views over the River Dart, to Dartmouth Castle & out to sea, as well as across to Kingswear, from the lounge & both double bedrooms. ENTRANCE A flight of stairs lead directly from the main entrance to the first floor accommodation. KITCHEN On the first floor is a well equipped kitchen with electric double oven, ceramic hob with expelair over, combination built-in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Also on this level is a very light & sunny lounge area with two large leather sofas, feature fireplace with gas fire, widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD recorder, & French doors to Juliet balcony. On the third floor is a good sized bedroom built into the roof space with one single bed & a 4' double bed, dressing table & chest of drawers. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin, heated towel rail & w.c. Doors to balcony with table, chairs & panoramic views. N.B. All duvets, pillows & bed linen supplied
