Product Description

LOCATION Home is conveniently located towards the end of Island Street, within a few minutes walk of the both the town centre & the long-stay car park. ENTRANCE A series of sandstone steps lead up from Island Street to the front door, & then into a tiled hall, ideal for boots, coats & jackets LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the ground floor is a very comfortable sitting area with large corner sofa, 37” LCD digital TV (with Freesat), DVD, DVDs & CDs available to use. A large open arch leads through to the dining area furnished with an oak table & eight chairs, CD/radio & gas fired 'wood' burner. Also at this level is a STUDY with 32" wall mounted LCD TV, oak desk & chair, & wireless printer. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has a four-ring gas hob & electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with three stools, & TV. A door leads out to the rear terrace & downstairs shower/cloakroom. BEDROOMS Four in total, all on the first floor. An en suite double room has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV, & tiled en suite wet room with ceiling rose shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail & under floor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers. There are two further twin rooms, each with full size single beds, wardrobes & drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are provided
- guests will need to bring beach & tea towels. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite above is a shower/cloakroom (adjacent to the kitchen)
- with power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point & heated towel rail
- & a family bathroom on the first floor with corner bath, separate power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin & heated towel rail.SNUG/DEN On the top floor, built into the attic space is a spacious 'snug' with sofa, TV & Playstation 3.OUTSIDE stunning ' Mediterranean' feel garden featuring sago palms, banana palms, tree ferns, grape vines, date palms & other exotic plants. Indian sandstone patio at the front of the property with table & chairs
- a gravel & slabbed path leads you through rendered & stone clad walls to a herringbone patio with gas barbecue, large table & chairs, built-in pond/water feature. PARKING A weekly pass is provided for one car at the nearby long stay car park (spaces subject to availability during peak season)OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets. Gas fired central heating & hot water. Carpeted & double glazed throughout. Music system through high quality ceiling speakers in every room downstairs, individually controllable.
