A large open arch leads through to the dining area furnished with an oak table & eight chairs, CD/radio & gas fired 'wood' burner. Also at this level is a STUDY with 32" wall mounted LCD TV, oak desk & chair, & wireless printer. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has a four-ring gas hob & electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with three stools, & TV. A door leads out to the rear terrace & downstairs shower/cloakroom. BEDROOMS Four in total, all on the first floor. An en suite double room has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV, & tiled en suite wet room with ceiling rose shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail & under floor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers. There are two further twin rooms, each with full size single beds, wardrobes & drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are provided
