KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A recently refurbished, open-plan living space on the upper floor of the property with superb views across the estuary. The modern & well-equipped kitchen has a range of Shaker style units, four-ring halogen hob, electric double oven, microwave, small fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules required), The dining area has an extending oak table seating up to six in total. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table TV, Blu-ray DVD player & hi-fi. A glazed door leads out to the balcony. PARKING:Â A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long-stay car park from 31st March to 29th September 2017 (5-10 minutes walk away).
