LOCATION The house is Approx. 10-12 minutes (mostly downhill) walk into the centre of Dartmouth, in Cistern Meadow (an unmade private road), a small group of houses located just off Victoria Road. The Start Bay coastline can be reached quickly & easily by car with Blackpool Sands beach just 4 miles or so away.
VIEWS Pleasant views over the town from the elevated position with the River Dart & Kingswear in the distance.
ENTRANCE From the garage/parking area in front of the property two flights of stone steps lead up to a rear entrance (the middle level of the house). A hallway leads in turn to the main living accommodation & stairs to upper & lower levels.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A beautifully presented sunny room with French doors out to the balcony. The lounge area has two very large leather sofas & flat-screen TV
- it opens out into a light & bright dining area with glass-topped table & six chairs.
KITCHEN Very well equipped kitchen with 5-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fitted units, breakfast bar & two stools.
SITTING ROOM On the upper level is a very comfortable sitting room with two sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD & French doors out to balcony with table & four chairs.
BEDROOMS Four in total. On the upper level (adjacent to the sitting room) is a master bedroom with mahogany king size bed, dresser, drawers & hanging rail. Fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin & w.c. On the lower level there are three further bedrooms
- a lovely double with king size bed, drawers, wardrobe & French doors out to balcony, a twin with metal framed single beds, & a children's room with full sized bunk beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the En suite (above) are one shower room & one bathroom
- one on the middle level (shower room) & one on the lower level (bath with shower over). Each of the rooms is fully tiled with wash hand basin & w.c.
OUTSIDE At the front of the house is a good sized area of wooden decking, whilst at the very top is a sheltered terrace with table & chairs.
PARKING The house has two small garages,  both available for holiday guests,  suitable for small/medium sized cars only (dimensions
- 2.4m x 2.1m x 4.75m. Door width 2.1m). There is alternative/additional parking in front of the garages (7.0m by 2.3m).OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating & hot water. Pets are not permitted & the house is strictly non-smoking. (N.B. As there are a total of five flights of external/internal steps/stairs this property may not be suitable for very young children and/or those with mobility difficulties).
