ACCOMMODATION The entrance to ' Grandview' takes you into a hallway off which are doors to two bedrooms, a bathroom & through to an open plan, L-shaped living area. All the accommodation is on one level. KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE The fitted kitchen area has attractive cream units & is well equipped with electric 4-ring hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & fridge (with freezer compartment). The room opens out into a dining area with lovely glass & wrought-iron dining table with six chairs. The light & sunny lounge with sea views has a double sofa, chairs, TV/DVD player, CD/radio & large glazed sliding door out to balcony. BEDROOMS Two bedrooms
- a double with 4'6" bed, built in wardrobe & shelves, & a twin room with sea views, 3' single beds & built in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels* are provided (excluding beach towels) BATHROOM Fitted & fully tiled bathroom with bath, power shower (over), heated towel rail, shaving point & light, wash hand basin & w.c. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair & children's crockery/cutlery etc. are available on request. OUTSIDE Balcony off lounge with table & two chairs.  Attractive rear open terrace (shared with ' Seafields') with garden table, chairs & gas barbeque. PARKING For one car with additional on road parking available nearby. OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband available. Each apartment is double glazed, has off road parking & hot water via immersion & heating by night storage. Strictly non smoking.
