LOCATION The property is situated just above the beach, about 150 yards from the waters edge at North Hallsands. VIEWSSpectacular views, directly over the sea at Start Bay & the countryside. BATHROOMBath with shower, handbasin, w.c. plus separate w.c. LOUNGE/DINING ROOML-shaped. with leather sofa & armchair, TV with Sky, DVD & electric fire. KITCHENSink unit, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave. BEDROOMSOne with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, handbasin; one with two single beds, wardrobe & handbasin; one with double bed, dressing table & wardrobe. N.B. Duvets, pillows & linen provided. Tenants require towels & tea towels. OUTSIDEFront & rear gardens, mainly laid to lawn, outdoor furniture & clothes line. PARKINGFor two cars. OTHER INFORMATIONCarpeted throughout. Hot water by electric immersion heater. Heating by Economy 7, with oil fired radiators in the bedrooms. One well-behaved dog only.
