UTILITY/SHOWER ROOM A well-equipped utility room (off the kitchen) has a Siemens washing machine & tumble dryer, sink, fitted units & door to the side of the house. There is also a shower cubicle with power shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy kids after a day on the beach!
