SITTING ROOMDivided into two areas. A quiet area for reading with comfy chair, rocking chair  & large cushions. Two double-sofas provide comfortable seating for watching the television, DVD player, video, Sky satellite system & CD/stereo. Large wall cabinet well stocked with books. DINING ROOM/KITCHENLarge oak dining table with eight wicker chairs. Black, slate flooring throughout the kitchen & dining area. Modern kitchen with central breakfast bar, two stools & cupboard storage. Appliances include 4-ring ceramic hob, electric fan assisted oven & grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge & freezer. Small utility area/cloakroom to the side of the kitchen that can also be used as an entrance BEDROOMSFour in total
- all on the first floor. Master bedroom has sea view glimpses, a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table & lamp.
