ACCOMMODATION Boxtree Barn is a stone & wood clad cottage, furnished & presented to an excellent standard, offering a tranquil & comfortable place to spend a holiday. This converted barn has a new & fresh feel, whilst retaining some lovely features of an older building. ENTRANCE A short flight of steps lead up to French doors into the open plan living area LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A huge, 40' long, high ceiling, light & spacious room with glass panelled stair case & a feature glass panel window on the floor! Oak flooring, wood burning stove, two double sofas (one a sofa bed) & a couple of comfy leather armchairs, flatscreen television with Sky, DVD player & CD player. French doors to a large wooden decked area with garden furniture. The dining area has an oak table with chairs. The kitchen units are white shaker style with granite worktops & splash-backs, butler sink, built-in dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, freezer & fridge, electric oven with gas hob. The staircase leads down to the sleeping accommodation. BEDROOMS Master bedroom with King-size bed made from ash wood, bedside tables, chest of drawers & a flatscreen television. En suite shower room. Door to outside. Bedroom two has two single beds & bedside table. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted & all beds have new Vi-Spring mattresses. There is a cupboard between both bedrooms that has a hanging rail for extra storage. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A cot & highchair are available. BATHROOMS The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower unit, wash-hand basin, w.c & heated towel rail. The en suite has a large shower unit with power shower, w.c & wash-hand basin with heated towel rail. Both are tiled in natural limestone on the walls & stylish white tiles on the floor OUTSIDE In addition to the decked area is a large communal grass area to the front of the barn & for those with dogs, there is use of a couple of fields adjoining the property.  SWIMMING POOL Use of outdoor natural partially heated swimming pool OTHER INFORMATION Strictly no smoking. Up to two well behaved dogs permitted by arrangement with the owners. Wireless internet broadband available N.B. Please be aware that there is a small circular former farm pond below Willow Studio. Children & dogs need to be supervised at all times.
