This spacious bedroom has stunning views of the river & out to sea & has a patio door onto a small balcony. Within the room there is a wash basin & shower cubicle with a Mira thermostatic shower. Bedroom Two has a double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps & views. Bedroom Three contains two sets of bunk beds making it ideal for children, there is a built-in wardrobe, bedside table & lamp & views to the Naval College, Bed linen & towels are supplied (excluding beach towels) BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A highchair, 2 travel cots & stairgate are available BATHROOM Comprises a bath with shower attachment, washbasin & w.c. There is an additional w.c. with wash basin on the ground floor. OUTSIDE French doors from the living room lead to a balcony & steps down into the well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs & flowers. Store with garden furniture. PARKING The garage and  driveway at the front of Blackgate provide parking for Approx. 4 cars or boats, there is also unrestricted parking on the roadway. (Dimensions can be provided on request). OTHER INFORMATION Blackgate has gas fired central heating & hot water. Pets are not accepted & the property is strictly no smoking.
