The sea at Bantham is Approx. 20 minutes away with stunning beaches,  great surfing & fantastic coastal walks. The bustling harbour town of Salcombe with its stunning estuary, fine shops & restaurants is Approx. 15 miles away whilst the historic naval town of Dartmouth, & the beautiful Dartmoor National Park are each within a leisurely 20 minute drive. Delightful fitted kitchen with an oak topped isl&, cream units, double oven range cooker, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox, table top freezer and microwave. Pleasant dining area with large round table & rattan chairs. The sitting area has a comfortable saddle sofa with rattan armchairs, TV/DVD (with Freeview) & digital radio. BEDROOMS Two in total at lower ground floor level. A lovely country bedroom with King size cream iron bedstead, quality tufted mattress, feather or hollowfibre pillows, white bedcover & scatter cushions. Double wardrobe with drawer & wooden hangers. Beautifully furnished twin bedroom with two 3' cream iron bedsteads with quality tufted mattresses, feather pillows, white bedcovers & check blankets. Marble topped antique bedside tables, corner chair & double wardrobe with drawer. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels supplied. BATHROOM A fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over) with drench head, basin, w.c., painted storage cupboard & heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Pleasant outside decking area at rear with rattan style table & chairs. Pretty front garden with rose hedge & flower border. Clipped topiary in containers & recliner chairs. Small paved outside dining area with table & chairs. PARKING Covered parking for two cars in open-sided barn & additional space for visitors. OTHER INFORMATION Oil fired central heating & hot water. Telephone available (with honesty box).  Wireless broadband internet available.   Two well behaved small dogs are permitted (please note that there is livestock on the neighbouring farm so your will need to keep your pet on a lead / under control at all times).
