LOCATION In a quiet residential area near the sandy beaches of Hope Cove. The South West Coast Path can be accessed from within the village & the famous sailing centre of Salcombe is just four miles away. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An entrance hallway leads into a lounge/dining room overlooking the front garden. Three-piece suite, flat screen TV, DVD & Blu-Ray player, stone fireplace (not in use), dining table & chairs & CD music player. The dining area opens into a good sized & well equipped... GALLEY KITCHEN with modern units, halogen hob, double oven & grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine & microwave. A glass door leads out to a conservatory/porch with table, chairs, tumble dryer & second fridge & out again to mature rear lawned garden secured by gates. BEDROOMS Two: a master double room with 4'6" pine bed, wardrobe & drawers. Brightly decorated twin room with 3' wooden framed single beds, drawers & cabinets. N.B. All duvets & pillows provided
- tenants require bed linen & towels. N.B. Duvets & pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen & towels.  (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen & towel needs of holiday makers in & around Salcombe & the South Hams.  To hire linen & towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk) BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, changing mat & high chair provided. - very child & toddler friendly. Rear terrace with table, chairs & barbeque. PARKING Off-road parking for one car, & additional spaces nearby. OTHER INFORMATION Mainly carpeted throughout with wood flooring in the kitchen. Oil fired central heating & hot water by immersion heater back up
- radiators in all rooms. Wireless broadband installed. One well behaved pet.
