Product Description

LOCATION Set conveniently at the end of Southford Road,  within an easy 3-4 minute walk of the town centre famed for its local shops & art galleries. VIEWS Rooftop views over the town from the master & twin bedrooms. ENTRANCE Up a flight of steps from Southford Road, & into a hallway that leads to the... KITCHEN Sandstone flooring, cottage oak units & granite work-surfaces. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven & grill, & feature Belfast sink. SITTING ROOM/DINING ROOM Comfortable living space with a three seater & two seater sofa, feature working fireplace with woodburning stove, wall mounted TV with DVD. At the rear of the living space is a dining table seating five. BEDROOMS Master bedroom with a King-size double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, & a non-working feature fireplace. Bedroom two is a twin room with wardrobe, including drawers & bedside lamps. All bed linen & towels supplied. BATHROOMS/SHOWER ROOM On the first floor is a family bathroom with a bath, shower attachment with mixer taps, w.c. & wash handbasin. On the ground floor is a shower room with large walk in shower, w.c. & wash hand basin. BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A good quality high chair, travel cot,  stair gate,  soft spoons, bowls & cups are supplied for young children. OUTSIDE Paved area to the front of the property with garden bench, table & chairs PARKING A car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/ Dartmouth Park & Ride from 1st April 2017 for 6 months until 31st October 2017. OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired hot water & central heating.  Wireless broadband available.  Please note that access via South Ford Road is narrow with a 6' width restriction in place.
