The open stairs to second floor bedroom are adjacent to the bathroom door. OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a private three-tiered garden & terrace area.  At the lower level (off the conservatory) is a stone terrace with table, chairs & barbecue, whilst the upper level offers a small but pleasant lawned area.  The middle section is presented with flower beds, shrubs & trees.  N.B. Some of the stone steps to upper levels have deep treads so young children and/or guests with limited mobility should not be left unattended.
