LOCATION Located in the pretty village of Galmpton, within a mile or so of the old fishing village of Hope Cove where you will find beaches & walks along the stunning cliffs. The excellent links golf course at Thurlestone is just a 15 minute drive away whilst Salcombe's famous sailing waters are just 4 miles away. Steps lead down to the ground floor bedroom whilst a door leads out (and up) to the side garden. The kitchen is linked to a large.... UTILITY ROOMwith sink, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave & units. A further door into... SHOWER ROOMwith large shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point & light. SITTING ROOMLovely sitting room with original beams, two comfortable double sofas, armchair, flatscreen digital TV & DVD player. Door through to hall & dining area. DINING AREA/HALLWAYA spacious, open plan area with leather bean bags, CD hi-fi & dresser stacked high with videos, board games & puzzles! Door through to conservatory, & stairs to the first floor. CONSERVATORYA lovely room running the full length of the cottage & with various pieces of dark rattan furniture, oak table, eight chairs & a beautiful view of the rear garden & countryside beyond. Double doors lead out into the garden. BEDROOMSOn the ground floor is a large bedroom with twin single beds (pushed together), wardrobe, dresser & chair in the bay overlooking the rear garden. On the first floor is the master bedroom with King-size bed, bed side units, drawers & chair, sea views. Spacious en suite bath/dressing room with bath, hand held shower, w.c., vanity unit with basin, chair & built-in wardrobes. Bedrooms two & three on the first floor are twins with single beds; one has built-in wardrobes & each have drawers, one also has sea views. Also on this level is a smaller childs's room/study that can house a cot or an extra child in a 'z-bed' (by arrangement only). N.B. All duvets, pillows & linen provided
- tenants require all towels. BATHROOMIn addition to the en suite bathroom & shower room (as described above) is a small family bathroom on the first floor with bath, w.c. & wash-hand basin. OUTSIDEBeautifully maintained gardens to the front, side & rear of the cottage. There is a good area of lawn to the rear in particular, & an area to the side with wooden table, chairs & parasol. In addition there is a garage at the front of the cottage with table tennis table, dart board & various items for the beach. PARKINGOff road parking for up to three cars. OTHER INFORMATIONThe cottage enjoys the benefit of oil fired central heating & hot water.  Mainly carpeted throughout. Broadband internet & telephone (for incoming & local calls only) available. Strictly no smoking. One well-behaved pet by arrangement.
