At ground floor level are two further bedrooms including one with metal-framed double bed, bedside cabinet & wardrobe, & French doors open onto the enclosed rear garden. A third bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet & a built-in wardrobe N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels are supplied.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom at ground floor level with bath, shower attachment (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE An enclosed garden to the rear has a small lawn, paved patio & decked terrace area with garden furniture.
PARKING To the rear of the development is a parking area accessed via a secure gated-entry system. There is one allocated parking space to the rear of the property plus subject to availability, the use of a single garage. Further on street parking is usually available close by.
OTHER INFORMATION Heating is via electric panel heaters & immersion for hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking but one well-behaved dog is allowed. A cot, highchair & stair gates are also available.
