Appliances include a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer (in separate cupboard). Hardwood dining table with six chairs. BEDROOMS On the first floor is a cosy bedroom with double bed & wardrobe. On the second floor is a lovely master suite with King size bed, drawers & wardrobe. The bedroom extends out to a sunny sitting area (at the top of the stairs) with a sofa-bench, chair & Juliet balcony with views over the River Dart. PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/ Dartmouth Park & Ride, for one car from 31st March 2017 for 6 months until 30th September 2017.
