The Start Bay coastline can be reached quickly & easily by car with the Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands beach just a few miles away. VIEWS Excellent river views from the elevated rear decking area, & good views over neighbouring rooftops from the main bedroom. ENTRANCE A flight of steps leads up from Above Town to a row of terraced cottages. The front door leads into a hallway off which is the living accommodation, & stairs to the first floor bedrooms & bathroom. KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A light & bright open plan room with beautiful oak flooring throughout has a comfortable sitting room to the front. This cosy area has a double sofa, leather armchair, coffee table, attractive feature fireplace with wood-burning stove,  flatscreen TV, DVD player & Roberts radio. The Shaker-style galley kitchen has a range of fitted units, beech worktops, four-ring gas hob & oven, microwave,  fridge with freezer compartment, & a Dualit 3-slice toaster. CLOAKROOM off the kitchen with w.c. Double glazed door to courtyard with access to garden & decking. BEDROOMS Two, both on the first floor. The master bedroom has a metal framed double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers,  chair & river views. The second bedroom has a single bed with further 'pop-up' single beneath (available on request)
- please note that when both beds are used there is limited space in this bedroom.  French doors lead out to a rear courtyard.  N.B. All duvets, pillows,  bed linen & towels are provided

PARKING A parking pass is provided with this property for Mayors Avenue car park (approx 10-12 minutes walk).
