LOCATION In the very centre of Salcombe, next to Chapel End public slipway. Less than a one minute walk from ferries, shops, pubs, restaurants, banks. VIEWS Lovely open views of the harbour & estuary from both the living room & kitchen. BATHROOM Bath, with shower over, hand basin & shaver point, fan heater, separate w.c. LOUNGE Lounge suite, dining table & chairs, electric fire, TV, DVD & CD/radio. KITCHEN Electric cooker, microwave & fridge with freezer compartment. BEDROOMS One with a double bed, TV & one with two 3' single beds. N.B. Duvets & pillows provided. * Bed linen & towels can be supplied at an extra charge. OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. Shared lobby with entry phone. Instant hot water. Electric heaters in all rooms with back up night storage heater. New double-glazed windows. Telephone provided with free local calling. No smoking & no pets. Wireless broadband (not available for movie download or video streaming).
