ENTRANCE A shared entrance (for 3 flats) at ground floor level leads up to the flat which is accessed at first floor level. The entrance door leads into a small lobby & a further flight of stairs lead up to the second floor accommodation SITTING ROOM A pleasant lounge is presented to a good standard with two comfortable double sofas, window bench seat, TV with integrated DVD player, & a wonderful view along the estuary towards South Pool Creek KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The kitchen comprises a range of fitted units, new worktop, four-ring electric hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. Large ash dining table with six chairs. BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a wooden framed double bed, bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers & sofa. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine single beds, bedside units, chest of drawers & hanging rail.
