LOCATION The property is on Knowle Road, Approx. 10-15 minutes downhill walk (steep in places) to Salcombe town centre with its array of boutique shops, pubs & restaurants. OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is an area of sloping lawn, accessed via steep stone steps (not suitable for younger children). PARKING Off road parking on a steep sloping drive for one car only.
