LOCATION The property is found towards the lower end of Ridge Hill (overlooking Coronation Park & opposite the Royal Naval College) just a few minutes downhill walk into Dartmouth & its array of boutiques, galleries, restaurants & tea rooms, as well as the picturesque River Dart. Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom on the first floor incorporating bath (with h&-held shower), w.c. & wash-hand basin. There is an adjacent but separate fully tiled room with power shower. OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a private walled south west facing terrace/garden over two levels. The upper level has a table with four chairs & chimnea.  PARKING* A car parking permit is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/ Dartmouth Park & Ride from 1st April 2017 for 6 months until 31st October 2017.
