LOCATION  Chichester Court is an exclusive & private development of six superb apartments situated within less than a minutes walk from the three beaches of Hope Cove, village pubs, restaurants & shop. There are a number of beautiful coastal & other walks easily accessible from the apartment, to Salcombe, Thurlestone & further beyond to Bantham & Burgh Island!   Superb links golf nearby at both Thurlestone & Bigbury golf clubs. VIEWS  Lovely coastal & village views from the lounge & balcony. KITCHEN A fully fitted modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob & oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer & microwave (tbc) LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A comfortably furnished & well equipped open-plan room with two double sofas, chairs, LCD digital TV, DVD player, & pine dining table for six.   French doors lead to a private, secluded balcony (South facing) with patio furniture & lovely sea views. BEDROOMS  Three in total. A very spacious master bedroom has a new King-size double bed (2017), dressing table, large built-in wardrobe, & en suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 3' pine beds & a large built-in wardrobe, whilst the third has a double bed & small wardrobe.  N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels provided
- tenants require beach & tea towels. BATHROOMS  In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE  Balcony with garden furniture. Communal gardens available (but unsuitable for young children due to steep gradient). PARKING  For one car, plus unreserved visitors bay (additional parking usually available in the village nearby). OTHER INFORMATION  Fully double-glazed throughout with electric immersion for hot water & heating by night storage heaters (Economy 7).   Karndean flooring throughout the living areas with carpet in bedrooms & on stairs.   Wireless broadband provided.   Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
