New Property (January 2015) Temporary description & photography Stonehanger is a former coach house converted into four flats with shared garden, good estuary views and parking for one car each. The development is in a quieter area towards the top of the town but offers quick access to Salcombe, the estuary & local sandy beaches. Flat 4 (First Floor)A very comfortable, well equipped first floor flat within a 10-15 minute (downhill) walk of the town centre, with good estuary views towards the main anchorage from the lounge & main bedroom, & allocated parking for one car. Flat 4 is in an ideal location for a summer holiday or out-of-season break & is perfectly set up for couples or families alike.
