LOCATION An excellent location in the heart of the village within easy reach of the beaches, slipway, village stores & historic smuggler's pub. The South West Coast Path is just a few yards away whilst the popular sailing town of Salcombe can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. VIEWS stunning views over the village & out to sea from the dining area, sitting room, two (of the three) bedrooms & the South-facing patio. ENTRANCE From the driveway, steps lead down into the hallway with access to bedrooms, kitchen, dining area & sitting room. SITTING/DINING ROOM Large, open plan living area, with laminate flooring. Very tastefully furnished sitting area with two large white leather sofas, a leather armchair, nest of tables, large flatscreen television & DVD player. The dining area has a glass-topped table with white leather-backed dining chairs seating six comfortably. Access to the large South-facing patio.KITCHEN Elegant kitchen with Corian work surfaces, fitted units, Neff four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven & grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, units, bedside tables, TV, & en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin & w.c. The second bedroom has a super-King size bed (that can be split to create two 3' single beds on request), bedside units, chest of drawers, TV/DVD (only for viewing DVDs from) & en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. There is access to the patio from this bedroom, & lovely sea views. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside units, TV/DVDs (only for viewing DVDs) & sea views. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen & towels
- excluding those for the beach
- are included. BATHROOMS In addition to the two en suite bathrooms (see above) is a family shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver point & light. OUTSIDE Large South-facing patio with garden chairs & small table
- accessible from the sitting room & second bedroom. There is also access to a large shared lawn area, & the South West Coast Path is directly accessed via a gate adjacent to the property.PARKING For two cars on the driveway. Additional parking usually available in the village nearby. OTHER INFORMATION Oil fired central heating providing hot water. Mainly wooden floors in the living areas & carpeted bedrooms. Strictly no smoking. Regret no pets. Wireless broadband internet available as is a telephone for local & incoming calls only.
