2 NEW BARN (formerly " Carriage Loft")
- First Floor   ACCOMMODATION A superb, fully refurbished (2017) first floor loft cottage with with access from the courtyard garden.  KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A modern, spacious open plan area with cathedral ceiling & large French windows with views over the beautiful grounds of Hillfield Village. The bespoke, well equipped split level kitchen has a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer dryer & microwave, whilst the lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV & DVD player. The dining area has a dining table & two benches, comfortably seating up to 4 guests. BEDROOMS A large master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers & a beautiful en suite shower room with magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror & heated towel rail. The second bedrooms has twin single beds, bedside units & wardrobe. All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses
- all duvets, bed linen, bath & hand towels are supplied. N.B. A travel cot is available on request. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room there is a lovely family bathroom with whirlpool bath & telephone-style shower, shaver socket, heated mirror & heated towel rail. Speakers enable stereo radio or CD's from the master bedroom to be played in the bathroom.  A Molton Brown toiletries gift pack is provided at the start of your stay. OUTSIDE Guests have access to a shared terrace with tables & chairs to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views. PARKING For 1-2 cars. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES/SPECIAL GUEST OFFERS: Hillfield Village has joined up with a number of local companies to provide guests staying at the development with exclusive offers. These include 10% off bar, bistro & spa plus member rates for tee times at The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf & Spa plus 10% off treatments at the Dart Marina Spa & Riverside Restaurant. Special guest offers & discounts are also available for Riverford Organic Farm & Field Kitchen, Dartmouth Steam Railway & Riverboat Company & The Picnic Boat in Dartmouth.
