Product Description

LOCATION Set at the end of Buckley Street/ Market Street in a quiet location yet just a few yards from the town's waterfront, shops & restaurants. VIEWS stunning views of main anchorage across to East Portlemouth & South Pool Creek from the lounge & two main bedrooms. KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the 2nd floor is a wonderfully light & sunny room with full width bi-folding doors & narrow balcony to take in the magnificent views over the estuary. Newly fitted (2017) & modern kitchen with a range of fitted units, black granite worktops, integrated hob & oven, microwave, two fridges, wine cooler & dishwasher. The dining area has large table seating uo to eight guests, whilst the lounge has two large, comfortable sofas, additional seating, widescreen TV, DVD/CD player & iPod docking station. BEDROOMS Four in total (all on the 1st floor). N.B. New beds & layout from June 2017:   The master bedroom has a King size bed (that can be split to create two small singles on request & at time of booking), wardrobe & en suite with power shower & wash-hand basin. The second double bedroom also has a King-size bed, & en suite with bath & wash-hand basin, whilst bedroom three has two single beds
- these can be linked on request to create a super-King size bed.   The fourth bedroom has a double bed & TV/DVD. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen & towels provided - guests require beach & tea towels only. SHOWER ROOM Family shower room, with power shower, wash-hand basin & w.c. CLOAKROOM Separate w.c. with wash-hand basin. HALLWAY Steps up from ground floor parking to a spacious hallway - plenty of storage space with washing machine & freezer. PARKING Private off-road parking for one car. OTHER INFORMATION Gas central heating & hot water.  Wireless broadband internet available. Karndean flooring & new carpets fitted ahead of the 2017 season.   Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
