The entrance leads directly into a large hallway with level access to all the accommodation. There is a small freezer located in the hallway cupboard. A breakfast bar extension has four designer stools whilst the round glass dining table can seat up to six people. The delightful sitting area has double French doors opening out onto a large terrace that directly overlooks  Slapton Line & the beach. The room is comfortably furnished with a three seater sofa,  three glass-topped coffee tables, flat screen TV, DVD player, wall mounted electric fire & a selection of board games. BEDROOMS Two in total. The master bedroom has stunning sea views & double doors leading out to the terrace. This room is tastefully furnished with a King size bed with Vi-Spring mattress, wardrobe & chest of drawers, whilst the en suite bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has lovely views, a King size bed, bedside units, flat screen TV, wardrobe & drawers. Sofa bed to sleep one person is available on request*.  Double doors again lead out to the terrace. N.B. All duvets, pillows  (pillows are white goose down, for guests with allergies other pillows can be supplied on request) bed linen & towels supplied. (* Although the sofa-bed is available for one additional guest the accommodation is best suited to a maximum of four adults only.) BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Terrace with table & four chairs just a few yards from the beach, village pub, cafes & restaurants. PARKING  One allocated parking space.
