VIEWS Lovely views over the golf course, Yarmer beach & across the sea to Burgh Island & beyond. KITCHEN Off a small lobby is a recently refurbished kitchen with 4-ring electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM The lobby opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room. Two dining tables are placed together to sit 6 comfortably whilst a step leads up to a lounge area consisting of a sofa, chairs, electric fire, TV & DVD player. BEDROOMS Three in total - the 'front' bedroom has a 4'6' double bed, wardrobe & lovely sea views whilst the two 'rear' bedrooms have twin 3' single beds & built-in wardrobes; the larger twin room also has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, shaver point & w.c.
