The pebble-effect gas fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. The lovely picture window offers superb views up and down the River Dart and across to Kingswear. microwave, washing machine and stone worktops. A glass-topped dining table seats four comfortably. The beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath, with shower (over), spacious separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
