LOCATION The house is approximately 10-12 minutes (mostly downhill) walk into the centre of Dartmouth, 60 yards from National Trust Woodland towards the lower end of Weeke Hill. Dartmouth Castle and Warfleet Creek are nearby with Blackpool Sands beach just four miles or so away.VIEWS Glimpses of Warfleet Creek from the sitting room.ENTRANCE From a side entrance the front door leads into a spacious hallway.BEDROOMS Three, all at ground floor level. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash basin and w.c.. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a King-size double bed and fitted cabinets. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels).BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to
the en suite (above) is a family bathroom on the ground floor with large power shower, basin and w.c. There is an additional CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin.KITCHEN On the first floor is a contemporary kitchen with fitted units, central island, electric oven and gas hob, fridges, dishwasher and doors to the balcony (a hallway cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer). There is no freezer at the property. SITTING/DINING ROOM The open-plan living and dining room features two leather sofas, TV with Sky Freeview, DVD iPod docking station and music centre, as well as a feature fireplace with electric fire. The dining table seats six comfortably. OUTSIDE A paved terrace covers three sides of the house and is bordered by attractive trellis with flowers and shrubs, and outside
furniture. Decked balcony at first floor level with outside furniture.PARKING For up to two-three cars on drive.OTHER INFORMATION Gas central heating and hot water. Please note there is no Broadband at the property.
