LOCATION Set towards the upper end of Allenhayes Road is a relatively quiet, mostly residential area of the town, yet within walking distance of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. North Sands beach is just a short drive away. VIEWS Good views across the town towards Batson Creek and Salcombe estuary from the sitting room, shower room and twin bedroom. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well equipped kitchen with tiled flooring has a range of fitted units, attractive shelving, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The adjacent dining area has a wooden table with chairs and bench seating. The room opens out to a good sized living area and access via stairs to the bedrooms and shower room at first floor level. SITTING AREA A comfortable sitting area has a large double
sofa, two striped armchairs, wall-mounted Smart TV, and French doors out to the terrace. There is a useful storage area to the rear of the room with small freezer and room for bags, shoes etc. BEDROOMS Two, including a very large double bedroom with metal-framed King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and wardrobe/drawers. The second twin bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, feature fireplace and lovely views. N.B. All duvets, bed linen and towels provided – guests need to bring beach and tea towels.
