ACCOMMODATION A very spacious and particularly well presented ground floor apartment with private terrace and superb views across Start Bay. The inner entrance leads directly into a large hallway with level access to all the accommodation.KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM The stylish, contemporary kitchen is very well equipped with cream units, custom-made worktop, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven and grill, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, filter coffee machine and 'kettle tap' that produces boiling water on demand. There is a small freezer located in the hallway cupboard. A breakfast bar extension has four designer stools, whilst the round glass dining table can seat four guests comfortably. The delightful sitting area has double French doors opening out onto a large
terrace that directly overlooks Slapton Line and the beach. The master bedroom has stunning sea views and double doors leading out to the terrace. This room is tastefully furnished with a wooden framed King size bed with Vi-Spring mattress, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers, whilst the en suite bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
