Product Description

The Raw dark chocolate bar from Pacari is created using Nacional cocoa, a Forastero-type cocoa from the rain forests of Ecuador. This particular bars cocoa ingredients are minimally processed & at lower temperatures to retain the antioxidant properties & flavour profile of the natural cocoa as much as possible. This bar provides notes of citrus, Jasmine & nuts. Sweetened using cane juice & certified organic.
