Propain Plus Caplets Propain Plus Caplets are for the short term treatment of acute moderate pain which is not relieved by paracetamol., ibuprofen or aspirin alone. You should only take this product for a maximum of three days at a time. If you need to take it for longer than three days you should see your pharmacist or doctor for advice. Propain Plus Caplets are over the counter analgesics that provide fast effective pain relief from tension headaches. Propain Plus has four main ingredients; two powerful analgesics (painkillers) Paracetamol & Codeine Phosphate which get straight to work on your thumping headache / pain; Caffeine -a mild stimulant speeds up the two analgesics; Doxylamine
- an antihistamine which helps relax the muscle pain. Ingredients Each Propain Plus Caplet contains 450 mg Paracetamol, 5 mg Doxylamine Succinate, 30 mg Caffeine & 10 mg Codeine Phosphate as the active ingredients. Dosage Adults & children over 12 years: One or two caplets every 4-6 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 caplets in any 24 hour period. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
