The day capsules can also relieve tiredness & drowsiness. Sudafed Congestion & Headache Relief Day & Night Capsules contain two different capsules to provide the most appropriate relief when you need it the most: Day Capsules: Contain paracetamol, an analgesic & antipyretic which helps to relieve pain & fever & phenylephrine hydrochloride, which is a decongestant to reduce swelling in the passages of the nose to help you breathe more easily. They also contain caffeine, which provides relief from fatigue (tiredness) associated with colds & flu. Caffeine can also increase pain relief from paracetamol. Night Capsules: Contain paracetamol & phenylephrine hydrochloride, as per day capsules.
