Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant contains a combination of ingredients which are effective in relieving the symptoms associated with colds & flu, including relief of aches & pains, sore throat, headache, nasal congestion & lowering of temperature. Paracetamol is a well-known painkiller (analgesic). It is effective against aches & pains, including a headache, & can also reduce a fever (antipyretic). Phenylephrine hydrochloride (nasal decongestant) reduces swelling in the passages of the nose, relieving nasal congestion & reducing the pressure which may cause a headache. It is important to drink plenty of fluids when suffering from colds & flu. Ingredients Active ingredients: Paracetamol (1000 mg) & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (12.2 mg). Other ingredients: Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Curcumin, Blackcurrant Flavour, Aspartame, Saccharin Sodium, Pulverised Sucrose, Caster Sugar, Ascorbic Acid & Enocyanin. Directions Over 12 years: Contents of one sachet dissolved, by stirring, in hot water & sweetened to taste. The dose may be repeated in 4-6 hours. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
