Vitabiotics Osteocare Liquid 200ml Vitabiotics Osteocare Liquid provides a rich source of calcium in a smooth, great tasting liquid, for efficient absorption into the body. This is carefully combined with co-factors including magnesium & vitamin D3 which is essential for effective calcium utilisation. Just two teaspoonfuls provides as much calcium as one glass (250ml) of full fat milk, but unlike milk it is 100% fat free. Osteocare Liquid contains no dairy products. It is ideal for those using soya milk, which is low in calcium & magnesium unless fortified. Osteocare Liquid is ideal for children & infants over 1 year, who require plenty of calcium for growth. Calcium is also vital for men & women over 50 & during pregnancy & breast feeding. It is especially important to help maintain strong bones during & after the menopause, though research shows that the earlier women receive an adequate supply of calcium the better. Directions Children (1-2 years): 1 teaspoonful twice daily. Children (3-12 years): 2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily. Adults (men & women): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Pregnancy & breast feeding: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare Liquid can be continued for as long as required.
