Kalm Aid Tablets Kalm Aid Tablets are designed for nervous, highly strung or anxious cats & dogs, & can also be used to manage long term behavioural problems. Kalm Aid Tablets are beef flavoured & contain L- Tryptophan, an essential amino acid that affects production of serotonin, which has a calming & relaxing effect. They also contain L-theanine, another amino acid that has a calming effect. In addition to this, Kalm Aid contains Thiamine (Vitamin B1) as deficiency of this vitamin has been associated with nervous disorders. Kalm Aid can be given in addition to any other supplements & the effects should be seen in Approx. 1-2 hours. Kalm Aid is ideal for: Anxious situations. Separation anxiety. Strange surroundings
- e.g. kennels, cattery or minders. At weaning
- when puppies are separated from their mothers. Environmental stress
- e.g. lightening, fireworks. Travelling. Grooming. Behavioural problems. Unwanted or unruly behaviour (longer term management). Going to the vet. Changes in household.
