The next generation of Sony imaging sensor, the ClearVid CMOS Sensor is quite unique and different from current CMOS technology. The ClearVid CMOS Sensor uses a unique pixel layout rotated 45 degrees to provide high resolution and high sensitivity. This pixel layout technology is also used in higher end professional camcorders. The ClearVid CMOS Sensor, coupled with an Enhanced Imaging ProcessorTM (EIP), generates stunning images. Moreover, thanks to the CMOS technology, bright objects do not cause vertical smear. The HVR-HD1000E camcorder can adapt to a wide range of shooting situations thanks to a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonner T* lens with 10x optical zoom, as featured on higher end professional HDV camcorders. The T* lens coating suppresses unwanted reflections and faithfully reproduces colours for professional-looking results. An active optical lens system avoidsany deterioration in image quality. The lens itself shifts vertically and horizontally to compensate for the polarized light axis in real time. A large, freely rotating 2.7-inch type LCD screen is located on the top of the viewfinder unit to provide easy viewing when the HVR-HD1000E camcorder is in a low-level position or on a tripod. This also makes it easy for adirector or client to see what the camera operator is shooting. The 211, 200 dotwidescreen Clear Photo LCD plus device provides proper brightness and a high level of colour reproduction. The ergonomically designed handle contains a convenient record button and zoom control, essential for low position shooting. There are also two cold shoes on the front and rear of the handle where you can attach accessories like the HVL-LBP Battery Video Light and HVR-DR60 Hard Disk Recording Unit. The HVR-HD1000E camcorder uses standard infoLITHIUM L series batteries, like the DSR-PD170P, HVR-Z1E, and HVR-V1E. With the NP-F970, a maximum operating time of approximately 10 hours can be achieved thanks to the power management system and low power consumption of the ClearVid CMOS Sensor. The Smooth Slow Record function enables slow-motion playback by capturing images at four times faster than the normal field rate (200 fields/s). In this mode, quad-speed images are captured for three seconds, stored in the built-in buffer memory, and then recorded to tape (in either HDV or DV format) as slow-motion pictures lasting 12 seconds.* * When using this function, the resolution of the camera image is decreased. Sound can not be recorded while shooting in this mode. The Super NightShot function uses a built-in infrared light emitter that allows you to record an object in zero lux light levels. It also enables night-time monitoring and surveillance. In Photo mode you can take high quality 6.1-megapixel, 2848 x 2136-quality, 4:3-aspect images. You can take 4.6-megapixel (16:9-aspect) photos while you are shooting HDV video simply by pressing the photo button. In case you missed the perfect timing for your still photo while videotaping, you can capture and save still frames from recorded video by simply pressing the photo button of the HVR-HD1000E camcorder during playback. HDV footage will give you a 1.2-megapixel, 1440 x 810 pixel still image of that magic moment. 1/2.9-inch ClearVid CMOS SensorTM Optical 10x zoom with Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonner T* lens Super SteadyShotTM (Optical) Image Stabilizer Wide Clear Photo LCD plusTM Monitor on Viewfinder Camera Control Ring Ergonomically Designed Handle Long Operating Time With infoLITHIUMTM L Series Battery Smooth Slow Record Super NightShotTM Photo Mode Dual Record Stills & Video Capturing stills from recorded video

Compatible with SDXC and SxS memory cards The camcorder is compatible with SxS PRO+ and SxS-1 memory cards. XQD and SDHC cards can be also used with an appropriate card adaptor. In addition, SDXC cards can be used to record exFAT files only*. * Requires Version 2.2 or higher firmware. Dual SxS media slots The camcorder is equipped with two SxS memory card slots, which can record in either Simul or Relay mode. Simul mode permits simultaneous recording to two memory cards, including simultaneous recordings of MPEG HD exFAT and UDF recordings*. Relay mode automatically switches recording from the first to the second memory card when the first is full. * Requires Version 2.2 or higher firmware. Customisable menu with lock function* Typically associated only with high-end camcorders, this feature allows you to pick and organize frequently used menu items – similar to the bookmark feature of a web browser. By using this feature, you can save a lot of time with no need to repeatedly search for specific menu items. In addition, the user menu can be locked with a 4-digit passcode to ensure there are no unnecessary changes. * Requires Version 2.2 or higher firmware. Near Field Communication* (NFC) function with Content Browser Mobile™ Near Field Communication (NFC) function with Content Browser Mobile™ A Near Field Communication (NFC) function allows easy, one-touch wireless LAN connection to a smartphone or tablet device without manual setting of the network parameters. The Content Browser Mobile* application enables users to monitor the currently shot video and to wirelessly control camcorder settings such as focus, zoom, iris, white balance, REC START/STOP, and more. * This application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store. Proxy recording with live QoS Streaming* The camcorder can record proxy video H.264 on an SD card while live streaming to air. The lightweight proxy video files are generated separately from the main line recording and recorded to SD cards for quick sharing of content over low-bandwidth mobile networks. QoS Streaming allows images to be streamed live from the camcorder for viewing at a remote location. Data transfer rate, specified by two image quality menu settings (1280x720p and 640x360p), can be selected to suit the network environment being used. HD recording on internal media is available at XAVC HD 422/10-bit and MPEG HD*. There is no need for separate PC set-up, everything can be set on the camcorder’s menu. Please note proxy recording is only available with QoS Streaming, it is not supported with non-QoS live streaming. * Requires Version 2.2 or higher firmware. Rough cut proxy editing, remote browse and wireless file transfer and streaming* You can create a rough cut edit on a smartphone or tablet using the Content Browser Mobile application and export the EDL with trimmed proxy or high-resolution files directly to a non-linear editor for editing, when recording on UDF or exFAT. Users can simply attach the supplied Wireless LAN module to activate the wireless function on the camcorder. By connecting with separately sold internet routers, proxy or high-resolution files can be transferred to a cloud server, and the editing process can be started while location shooting continues. The camcorder also has a streaming capability. By attaching a separately sold LTE USB module**, live video and audio can be streamed, watched, and recorded at a remote location. It is also possible to remotely browse the content shot on location from the broadcast station and pull files from the camcorder as required. * Requires Version 2.2 or higher firmware. ** This function works only with compatible modules. Cache recording Once activated, the camcorder continuously streams audio and video into its internal memory. When the REC START/STOP button is pressed, content buffered in the camcorder’s memory is recorded onto the memory card at the start of the recording clip. The caching period can be set at up to 15 seconds. This function is useful when shooting a developing situation such as during news gathering, so as not to miss a critical moment. Multi Interface Shoe (MI Shoe) for flexible connection without XLR cable The camcorder is equipped with a Multi Interface Shoe (MI Shoe) that has an electric interface in its mechanical attachment allowing the camcorder to communicate with an attached accessory. Accessories attached to the MI Shoe can be controlled by the camcorder. Using an MI Shoe connection, the audio signal from a UWP-D11 or UWP-D12 wireless microphone package can be input from the wireless microphone receiver to the camcorder without an XLR cable. The power can be supplied from the camcorder to the receiver and a battery is not required for the receiver operation. So, for example, if the HVL-LBPC video light is attached to the MI Shoe, video light power can be switched on and off from the camcorder. 3.5 inch-type QHD (960x540) colour LCD panel The camcorder is equipped with a large, easy-to-read, 3.5 inch-type QHD colour LCD panel, which helps to achieve precise focus control. This LCD panel also displays a range of information in support of shooting operations. 0.45-type LCD viewfinder The camcorder has the 0.45-type 1.23M pixels (852 x 480) LCD viewfinder (16:9). Slow & Quick motion A Slow & Quick Motion function is available on the camcorder. The recording frame rate can be selected from 1 frame per second (fps) to 60 fps both in 1080P and 720P format to create high-quality slow motion or quick motion images. The selectable frame rate depends on the CODEC selected in the camera. ND filters The camcorder is equipped with a three position ND filter. Clear, 1/8ND or 1/64ND can be chosen. Picture Profile The camcorder has Picture Profile function. The settings can be saved on a SxS memory card and shared with the other PXW-X200 camcorders. Wide choice of connections The camcorder offers numerous connections to suit the broadcast workflow, including 3G HD-SDI, HDMI®, USB, composite output, timecode input/output and genlock input. The 3G-SDI connector is able to output the 1080/59.94P or 50P signal. Down-conversion output from HD to SD is also possible. The i.LINK connector can be used for HDV when SP 1440 (FAT) mode is selected and for DV when DVCAM (FAT) mode is selected. Simultaneous output from both SDI and HDMI is possible. Sony PXW-FS7K 4K XDCAM Professional Camcorder with 28 to 135mm Lens The PXW-FS7K reflects years of intense conversations we’ve had with documentary shooters. In response, we completely redesigned the grip, improved the viewfinder, optimized the balance and refined the ergonomics. Of course, the FS7 also reflects Sony’s expertise in 4K and HD codecs, Super 35 sensors and memory recording. The result is the ideal camera for documentaries—and the optimum tool for magazine shows, reality TV, unscripted TV and more. Features: From freestyle skiing to water sprays to pyrotechnics, High Frame Rates underscore the beauty and drama of everyday motion. That’s why the FS7 provides continuous recording at Full HD at frame rates of up to 180 fps. When you play back at 23.98p, you’ll enjoy extraordinary Super Slow Motion of up to 7.5x. Compared to burst mode, the continuous recording of the FS7 reduces mistimed shots and extra takes. The camera also provides Slow & Quick motion from 1 fps to 180 fps, in 1 fps increments. This enables time lapse effects to make the clouds race by or flowers bloom before your eyes. And for even higher frame rates, you can attach the XDCA-FS7 extension unit and connect an outboard recorder, both sold separately, for 2K RAW recording at up to 240 fps. This creates 10x Super Slow Motion when played at 23.98p. A handheld camera should be able to get you into tight places. To work in your lap. To move with the talent. To shoot high and low angles with equal facility. And a handheld camera should function beautifully against your chest or shoulder, comfortably steadied by your right hand. The Sony FS7 does all of this, and more. The built-in shoulder pad makes for stable shoulder-style shooting, while the curved back sits comfortably against your chest. Sony designed the PXW-FS7 to stand up to the rigors of real-world shooting. The frame is magnesium, for high rigidity and light weight. Buttons, dials and other parts are sealed to prevent dust and water spray from entering. Cooling is an urgent requirement in a high-speed 4K camera. That’s why Sony engineers developed special heat pipes that whisk heat away from the electronics and into a remote heat sink. An air duct cools the heat sink while isolating the electrical components from exposure to dust and water spray. A pair of heat pipes draws heat away from the electrical components and into the cooling duct. The duct dissipates accumulated heat, while its sealed design prevents the entry of dust, dirt and water spray. The FS7 supports 4-channel audio input. In application such as interview, this function enables the simultaneous use of an external microphone for recording ambient sounds, the built-in microphone for voice memos by the operator, and two optional UWP Series wireless microphones for voice of interviewer and interviewee. In addition, by the use of an optional XLR adapter “XLR-K2M” or ”XLR-K1M” which provides additional 2 XLR inputs, possible applications are further expanded. Sony’s a mount lens system offers unsurpassed compatibility with both Sony and third-party lenses. The FS7’s E-Mount can take Cinema lenses and SLR lenses with a third party adaptor, as well as Sony’s E-mount and A-mount lenses. So whether buying new lenses, or making use of lenses you’ve already purchased, the FS7 makes it easy. For size, weight, price and exceptional performance in moving images, the Sony SELP28135G is the perfect partner for the PXW-FS7K.

Sony PXW-FS7 4K XDCAM Professional Camcorder - Body Only The PXW-FS7 reflects years of intense conversations we’ve had with documentary shooters. You don't need a matte box to get the advantages of shallow depth of field even in exterior day shoots. A built-in Neutral Density (ND) filter wheel includes positions for Clear, 1/4 (2 Stops), 1/16 (4 Stops), and 1/64 (6 Stops).
Sony PXW-Z150 Camcorder Ready for any shooting scenario, Sony's PXW-Z150 handy professional camcorder delivers stunning 4K image quality, 120fps HFR Full-HD slow-motion and built-in advanced networking for live streaming and wireless workflow. To deliver imaging performance previously impossible for a compact camcorder, Sony has developed the world's first 1.0 type stacked CMOS image sensor for professional video applications. A 2x increase in read-out speed, compared to a conventional 1.0 type sensor, enables beautiful 5x slow motion image capture up to 120fps in Full HD and high resolution 4K recording with full pixel readout without binning. The Z150's single 20 megapixel* 1.0 type large size sensor gives you low noise and less blur because more light reaches the sensor, offering clear and steady pictures even in a dark scene with minimum illumination 1.7 lux**. The large sensor size also enables beautiful background defocusing (bokeh) to enable you to focus on what you want to show and defocus the rest of the image. The Z150 is designed to provide true broadcast quality performance for both 4K and Full HD productions, recording with the advanced XAVC Long GOP 100Mbps codec for brilliant 4K QFHD imagery and flexible workflows. XAVC Long's higher bit rate produces outstanding images with more details and less noise to create the number one 4K picture quality in its class. For even more flexibility in workflows, the Z150 is switchable between PAL and NTSC operation. High Frame Rate shots can turn everyday actions into slow motion ballet and the Z150 delivers up to 120 frames per second (fps) in Full HD, giving you a maximum of 5 times slow motion expression. There's no sacrifice in bit depth and no "windowing" of the sensor. So there's no crop factor, no loss in angle of view. A high quality 29-348mm wide-angle lens with 12x optical zoom makes it easy to capture even the most expansive landscape scenes while also offering superb clarity and sharpness – maximising the performance of the Z150's large 1.0 type sensor and providing high resolution and contrast from the centre to the edge of your image. Getting close into even the most distant scenes is further enhanced by Sony's advanced Clear Image Zoom feature. Once you've zoomed in at maximum 12x optical magnification, By Pixel Super Resolution Technology can enlarge the image to 18x in 4K QFHD or 24x in HD, while still preserving image quality. The Z150 is ergonomically designed to provide a lightweight and easy-to-use shooting experience. Three manual, independent lens rings enable smooth, natural adjustment of focusing, zooming and iris control. The camcorder can also be used in full-auto mode or completely manual for maximum creative control.
